Parent and Public Communications

In the event of an emergency, please be aware of the following communication and safety protocols:

Information Sharing:
Initially, the school may not have complete information to share with parents or the public. Our top priority is the safety of our students and staff, and we will focus on managing the emergency situation first.

Communication:
Once the emergency is under control and it is safe for our students, staff, and parents, we will send out a communication to parents/guardians. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date with the school to receive these notifications.

School Access:
During an emergency, we may be unable to accept parents or visitors into the building. This is to ensure the safety of everyone inside and to allow emergency services to operate without obstruction.

Communication Limitations:
Communication may be limited during an emergency, as our staff will be focused on ensuring the safety of our students. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.

Reunification:
In case of an evacuation or extended emergency, please follow the reunification procedures communicated by the school. This information will be shared when it is safe to do so.

We understand that any emergency can be worrying for parents, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we prioritize the safety and well-being of our students and staff.
