The 7th grade participated in studying about the number pi and all of it's uses. They researched about pi, found their birthday in the digits of pi, measured various circles, read a story and had a math digit contest where each student tried to memorize as many digits as they could. Please ask your 7th graders why we study pi in the month of March. Congratulations to our top three finalists. Patrick memorized 58 digits, Yuilya memorized 92 digits, and Dora memorized 80 digits.
