Corrigan Learning Center

The Corrigan Learning Center is where students can come to learn, to read, to work, and to grow in all areas of academics. All genres of literature as well as excellent nonfiction are available to students. Union Ridge strives to foster a community of life-long readers by offering a wide range of reading materials for Kindergarten through Middle School students. Come and check out the CLC.

Illinois Reads has partnered with the Illinois Secretary of State and the Illinois Center for the Book at the Illinois State Library to promote the 2024 Family Reading Night. Family Reading Night is an annual statewide event held the third Thursday in November to encourage families to spend quality time reading together. Stop by our library and choose a book to read at home. Once again, this year, send pictures of you and your parents/guardians reading, and we will post it on our website.  A link to upload pictures will appear here on November 21st. Happy Reading to all!!!!!!

Fine Arts Night 2024

This year the lbrary hosted our first annual "Guess The Children's Book By The Emoji" Contest. It was so good to see so many students bring their families to the library that event! Thank you to all who participated!
