Festa Italiana at Ridgewood High School
We participate in La Festa Italiana (Italian Fest) which is held at Ridgewood High School every December. We showcase a performance along with student projects.
Immersion Day at Ridgewood High School
Union Ridge Middle school students join Ridgewood High School's Italian students in an Italian language immersion day during which students communicate only in Italian.
Fine Arts Fair
Union Ridge holds an annual Fine Arts Fair evening as a showcase for our music, art, and language departments that is open to the public. Union Ridge School's Italian students have performed dances, songs, and plays and cultural projects have been displayed from multiple grade levels. Past performances by the students include: dancing La Tarantella, staging a play on the story of Pinocchio, and creating Carnevale masks.
