On November 15, 2022, U.R.S. 7th and 8th grade Italian Language and Culture Students welcomed the Italian Chef Martino Beria, Professor of Food Design at the University of Padua and author of several cuisine books. They learned about vegan food, reflected on being kind to animals, wildlife and the world around them.
