All Aboard! Our first graders had their first traditional field trip to Safety Town located at the Harlem and Irving Plaza. The first responders of Norridge and Harwood Heights taught our children countless life-changing tools with Safety Town stations around the mall. Our children experienced a trailer that offered a smoke demonstration. Our First-graders were told to remain calm in real emergencies and to not be afraid to seek safe exits and STAY LOW. We thank all the first responders who volunteered their time in providing life lessons that will keep our children out of harms way.
