Every year the students at Union Ridge School are very excited to learn the new school wide theme and this year was no different! They excitedly enter the gym in anticipation for the big reveal of this year’s theme: Union Ridge has S.W.A.G.! Students Who Achieve Goals! During the video (created by band instructor Ms. Rooney) that revealed the theme, the students clapped and sang along to the songs that supported the theme. They were all smiles when a picture of themselves or their favorite teacher appeared on the screen! It was such a wonderful and motivating way to begin the 2016-17 school year! We are all excited to see how students demonstrate that they are Students Who Achieve Goals!
