Congratulations to middle school science teacher, Cathy Lenzini, who was selected to participate in the prestigious National Science Foundation sponsored Research Experience for Teachers Program at Northwestern University this summer. During the eight week program Mrs.Lenzini will have an opportunity to join with science center faculty, and fellow science teachers in conducting research on topics such as Nanoscience in Space, Novel Transparent Oxides, Plasmonics, Hybrid Interfaces, and Art Conservation among others.
